1.1 Adjustamatic Beds Limited is a registered company in England and Wales (Company Number 1617452) whose registered office is Colomendy Industrial Estate, Rhyl Road, Denbigh, Denbighshire LL16 5TS. Telephone 01745 811200.
2. Definitions
2.1 ‘Customer’ means the person(s) agreeing to buy Products from Adjustamatic Beds Ltd.
2.2 ‘Products’ shall mean items specified in the order confirmation and displayed on our website at the time the order is placed.
2.3 ‘Terms and Conditions’ shall mean the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. Placing Your Order
3.1 For online purchases, orders must be placed via our website. Customers should ensure that all details provided, including product selection, size, colour, and delivery information, are accurate before completing their purchase.
3.2 Once an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.
3.3 By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Contract
4.1 These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Adjustamatic Beds Ltd.
4.2 We will confirm your order in writing via email. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to our contract with you.

5. The Product(s)
5.1 All our products are handmade to order.
5.2 Images, swatches, sizes, and descriptions provided on our website or in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour, grain, or size due to the handmade nature of our goods.
5.3 The Customer acknowledges that minor variations may occur in measurements and materials.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 The price payable is as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
6.2 Prices include VAT unless the Customer qualifies for VAT relief and provides the required documentation at the time of ordering.
6.3 Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online orders.
6.4 Adjustamatic Beds Ltd does not offer cash-on-delivery payments for online purchases.
7. Delivery of Product(s)
7.1 Free delivery is offered within mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Additional delivery charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are between 4 to 6 weeks, subject to stock availability and location.
7.3 The Customer will be notified of their delivery date via email, and full payment must be received before dispatch.
7.4 It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and to ensure that our delivery team can access the property.
7.5 If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or an unavailable recipient, the Products may be returned to our warehouse, and a redelivery fee of £238.00 (inclusive of VAT) may apply.
7.6 Adjustamatic Beds Ltd is not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays and unforeseen logistics issues.
8. Disposal of Old Product(s)
8.1 Customers may opt for disposal of old furniture at an additional cost. The fee is determined based on the type and size of the item and is outlined at the time of ordering.
8.2 Removed items cannot be returned once collected.
9. Order Cancellations and Amendments
9.1 Customers may cancel or amend their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
9.2 After 24 hours, orders may enter the production process and may not be eligible for cancellation.

10. Guarantee
10.1 Our standard guarantee covers manufacturing faults and component failures for two years from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.
10.2 The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
10.3 Moving the product without professional assistance may void the guarantee.
10.4 Extended warranties are available for purchase upon request.
11. Complaints and Customer Support

11.2 Complaints should be submitted in writing to Adjustamatic Beds Limited, Colomendy Industrial Estate, Rhyl Road, Denbigh, Denbighshire LL16 5TS.
11.3 Complaints will be acknowledged within two working days, and we will aim to reach a satisfactory resolution promptly.
11.4 If you are unsatisfied with our handling of a complaint, you may contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
12. General
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Orders placed through Adjustamatic Beds Ltd or its corresponding company Niagara Therapy (UK) Limited (Company Number 857402) are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
